  3. This is a project I began as an RBBS Sysop to
  4. support a local network. There were no utilities
  5. to toss mail from QWK to RBBS to REP.
  6.  
  7. Anyways, the program saw three releases and was
  8. never 100% done. In the meantime, I stopped running
  9. an RBBS board.
  10.  
  11. Therefore; I release this program into the public
  12. domain. Please feel free to pick up where I left off.
  13. I do hope you keep this a free utility.
